Leia McGrath

Prior my previous employment at Tooting Work's, I had demonstrated exceptional administrative skills and customer service as a Receptionist. I am looking for my next opportunity within the same role, providing excellent services and admin skills.

I had previously worked as a Receptionist for 2 years at Tooting Work's, this being my first job. I had originally been there as a part time receptionist, however after some time I had become the full time receptionist. I had been the only receptionist there, so working under pressur during busy hours and multitasking is something I have become adaptive to. During this time, I had also provided customer services to those who had visited. As this was a business centre with many companies, I had also directed those visiting for a interview or appointment to the company. 

I also have experience in managing bookings with people, as we offered meeting room, co-working services. I also had booked in a few people who came for office viewings. 

Postal and parcel services is something I have also had experience with, such as doing taking in/managin daily parcels for tenants and putting letters in the respective post boxes on a daily basis while also greeting and handling visitors/taking calls/writing emails that needed responses.

I always strive to bring customer satisfaction, and help those in need with any inquirie they have. This is something I would love to bring to my next opportunity.

From my time at Tooting Work', I have improved and gained many skills such as working independently, working under pressure, multitasking and being able to solve any problems, especially when needing to deal with any visitors or tenants based at the center.

I had done my GCSE's and eduction at Platanos College and attended a second school called St Dunstan’s College for my afterschool Combined Cadet Force training.
