Leila Sultan

My academic journey has equipped me with a variety of disciplines, especially those of efficient time management and organisation which I balanced alongside caring duties and networking. To handle these alongside each other, I had to work around flexible routines and be adaptable, and I became proficient in timetabling, effectively managing workloads and setting out clear pathways to achieving high quality output for short duration deadlines. 

During my final year I put these abilities to the test, managing several independent market stalls to launch early promotion of my ceramics, analysing sales, and positioning and experimenting with promotional tactics to research for my small business. It was during this period that I would also collaborate with colleagues and often take leadership role in group projects to create a structure that would allow for our best performance, economically working wherever time provided, to assist my peers and help manage their workload to create the top possible outcomes.

With my experience culminated at Kingston University i hope to contribute well to all marketing, advertising and business graduate programs.
