I am an ambitious funding specialist with a passion for creating sustainable investment opportunities. With an MSc in Banking and Finance and Investment and FRM and 3years in project finance and Investor relations, I possess strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, enabling me to create fundraising documentation, prepare materials for investor due diligence requests, and build investor-focused models.

Currently, I am focused on new fundraising options for PLMD Group, with a primary objective of raising £100m to invest in UK residential development projects. One of my key responsibilities is to coordinate between legal, tax, and fund managers for the structuring of a property Debt Fund, gaining exposure to the area of Alternative Investment Funds.

My eventual career goal is to assume responsibility for an Asset Management Corporation focused on responsible and ESG investments, becoming a fully qualified Fund Manager committed to raising understanding of important investment considerations. Fluent in French, English, and Arabic, I am highly organized and skilled at managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude.
