Experience

 

I am a confident, reliable and CIPD qualified Human Resource Generalist. Experienced in leading on all aspect of strategic Human Resources, Organisational Development, including consultancy and advisory services, workforce development & Planning, Pay & HR operational services, and Health & Safety. Working alongside senior management and stakeholders to create positive and effective business outcomes. Competent in dealing with complex HR case work Issues and managing legal HR issues (ACAS, Settlement Agreements etc.) Adept proven ability to support a HR department by leading and providing accurate professional advice and guidance. Experience in maximising the potential of staff and teams by proving leadership, coaching, motivating, and supporting their work and development. Currently looking for a suitable HR position with an ambitious and exciting organisation.
