My background showcases a versatile skill set cultivated across
various roles in both retail, administration, and corrections. As an Administrative
staff member (Band 2) at HMP the Mount since February
2023, I've been honing my administrative prowess, handling tasks with
precision and managing vital aspects of the facility's operations.
Prior to this, my role as an OSG Officer at HMP the Mount from May
2022 to February 2023 required me to demonstrate exceptional organizational
and problem-solving skills, contributing to the facility's effective
functioning.

In the realm of retail, I served as a Customer Relationship Manager at
Dark Sphere, London, for three years. This role deepened my
customer-centric approach, honed my team management skills, and
involved organizing events and promotions.

My diverse experiences extend to the gaming industry, where I hold a
Masters in Games Design and Development, emphasizing creative
problem-solving and enhancing the player experience. Additionally, I
served as a Team Coordinator for character modeling at Firelock
Games and contributed to army list building and balancing with OPR in
2022, fostering adaptability and teamwork.
