2023 – Sept 2024 Self Employed 

• Undertaking independent detailed rental property inventories for tenants, landlords and rental/estate agents agents using a third party system called Inventory Hive
• Whilst generally working alone also met the tenants and landlords
• Used to standing all day assessing the properties
• Attention to detail to ensure both the tenant and landlord are protected by an accurate report on the condition and cleanliness of the property

• Providing excellent customer service to all clients, making use of good interpersonal skills to create an approachable, friendly and warm environment, reflecting the employer well
• Working with internal and external stakeholders and clients, overseeing externally managed funds, assessing risk management and compliance in line with regulatory requirements, company policies and procedures
• Primary responsibility for a portfolio of clients acting as a point of reference and facilitator in dealing with all clients’ enquiries and taking responsibility for any issues that arose, escalating where applicable
• Actively participating in team meetings, contributing relevant information and using meetings to improve own practice

• Appointed as Assistant Manager during May 1990
• Responsible for the operation of a section of the Bank’s Unit Trust client base
• Responsible for UK & Foreign Dividends, Trustee Operations, UK and Foreign Settlements and Compliance monitoring
• Assisted Senior Management with external customer compliance visits
• From 1996 – 1999 chief responsibility was to manage a customer facing team consisting of 8 personnel
• Team had primary responsibility for trustee operations together with acting as a point of reference and facilitator in dealing with all clients’ enquiries 

Prior to this undertook two retail roles in a newsagents and fashion store on a part time basis
