About Lewis Coleman:

I have just completed a BSc Sports Performance and Coaching degree at the University of Essex. My interests lie in a future career in Sports Nutrition, Sports Coaching and Talent Identification which have mostly been explored through my playing/coaching career. Football is my main interest, i am able to dissect and examine key situations and have gained many skills and knowledge within the game through coaching and playing at many levels.

Experience

Completed 3 months of Work Experience with Scott Forbes (Ex – Professional Footballer) – Kids camps (June  - September 2018)

Completed 6 months Coaching Experience with EPCoaching – Football academies, Centres and Kids Camps (200+ hours) 

  • 3 nights a week, group sizes range from 8-20 participants 
  • Ages 5-16 years 
  • Blocked, Random and Variable styles practiced and adapted to suit level / age of participants 
  • Completed in Clacton, Colchester, Wivenhoe and schools in Colchester 
  • Gained more confidence in my knowledge of coaching, able to adapt better in different situations and further developed my coaching philosophy
