Overall accountability for the safe and compliant running of a UK fuels value chain transport operation. Manage, train, and develop a team of 70, agree targets, prioritise and share tasks. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify issues and comply with safety regulations and transport legislation. Analyse transport, fleet, safety, and security performance data, present reports to the senior management team. Plan routes. Retain accurate and up to date records, submit reports and advise on KPI status. Oversee all aspects of planned and unplanned vehicle maintenance. Investigate incidents. Handle HR matters. Enforce health, safety, and quality standards.
