I am currently in early years management and I enjoy supporting people in their childcare journey to help them develop their skills and knowledge needed to get the most out of their career.I have worked in childcare for 17 years at various levels from student to manager and have developed my own skills and knowledge in the field during this time. I enjoy learning and researching when i can to help ensure the settings i am at are up to date in current practice.
