I have worked in a hilton hotel previously currently doing my apprenticeship for TUI i am training to be a pilot and started flying at the age of 14 

I have gained customer service and telephone etiquette and many more skills in my job at hampton by hilton and TUI 

I absolutely adored working with people and love being busy i am looking for working as a guest service assistant as i feel it will be my most comfortable place where i can show off my best and my customer service skills i have gained since june 2023 when i first started working at a hotel

I have a certificate for travel and tourism level 3 and also got grades 5-6 on all off my GCSE
