About lilli huseyin:
I am a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual seeking to build a long-term career within administration Services. Although my current role is within education, I have developed a strong foundation of transferable skills in administration, organisation, accuracy, and communication, all of which are essential for success in this environment. I am eager to apply my experience, dedication, and attention to detail to a role that offers opportunities for professional growth and continuous learning.
I am particularly drawn to this role because I have a genuine interest in the legal profession and a strong desire to develop my skills through hands-on experience. Working in this sector will allow me to gain practical insight into legal processes, enhance my knowledge and i will contribute my absolute best to a professional environment.
In my current role and earlier roles as a one-to-one SEN assistant in schools, I have gained valuable experience. Although my current role does not directly link to the legal sector, my experiences have enhanced my ability to manage deadlines, maintain meticulous attention to detail and organization. I can work under pressure, make decisions in the moment, and communicate effectively. These are qualities I know are important in legal and business settings.
Throughout my employment history, I have consistently demonstrated the ability to organise and coordinate workloads effectively to meet deadlines. In my current position as a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant for Leeds City Council, I manage complex and varied responsibilities, including tracking progress, maintaining confidential records, and preparing documentation for meetings with professionals such as psychologists and social workers. This requires excellent time management, strong organisational skills, and a calm, methodical approach when working under pressure—all essential qualities for providing comprehensive administrative support.
