Currently I am a server at a restaurant named The old bridge hotel and wine shop, in my role I greet guests upon arrival and ask if they have a booking and sit them as quick as we can and offer them a drink, I also use my listening skills as they may not want a drink and will want to have a few minutes to decide and then making sure there ok with their experience at our restaurant, we also try an achieve by up sailing our products at our work place, we all work as a team and communicate with each other, we also love to see previous customers come back to the restaurant as we know what their drinks orders but we do read their body language as they could be unhappy or something could be going on where they may not want to talk or order what they usually order. I also have other experiences at two other hospitality places which was also the same kind of environment as the previous job I have now, I also have a life guard qualification which I did a course in 2023 which is where we did work as a team as the pool side of things we had to communicate what was happening to the person that was hurt, overall i love working in hospitality and in my spare time i like going to the gym , i am very bubbly person where i love meeting new people and love to have a conversation every now and then. But overall think I could be a powerful help to your company.

i have been working in hospitality since I was 14. I had my first job at a local pub where it had very big social events and after a year of working there i sadly had to leave as the manager was Inappropriate. My second job was another local pub where I only worked there for a few months as wasn’t getting enough hours while I was working at this job I was looking for other jobs to start doing full time and that’s where I left the pub and got accepted in a restaurant called the Brampton mill I worked there for a year , it was a friendly environment many events where on for each season. Then I saw my current job pop up online where I applied and got accepted here which is called The old bridge hotel and wine shop this is a very busy but friendly environment as it’s such a lovely place we have events every month like weddings, wakes and balls every season.

I did a travel and tourism course at Cambridge regional college in 2024- 2025
