VIP Client Assistant, supporting VIP account manager with arrangements regarding onboarding new clients, curating collections and maintaining a high standard of care towards current clients.
Involved in VIP product copywriting, preparing promotional materials, writing descriptions for luxury products including Hermes, Chanel, McQueen and more, ensuring the product marketing content is accurate and compelling for our consumers. Gaining valuable first hand knowledge on highly sourced luxury goods.Researching the brand's previous/current collections, learning the brand's overall price point and using that to create an understanding of where their brands sits on the re‐selling platform.

Working in childcare my job required patience to be one of the most important qualities, strong communication skills and energy, tons of excess energy to keep up with the children.
Looking after two boys full‐time during the summer holidays allowed me to plan daily activities with a positive attitude to ensure their days are filled with fun and joy. Working five days a weeks, doing different tasks, reporting back to the parents to update them on their children's daily accomplishments.
