▪ Led a team of 6 Product Managers.
▪ Our team was responsible for the delivery and logistics strategy of an online food service, we focused on

algorithms which helped to balance efficiency and delivery quality. Daily orders increased from 50k to 2

million. We managed to deliver each order on average in 38 minutes with a 96% satisfaction rate.
▪ Cooperated with companies and third-party platforms in Korea, US and Europe, this helped the company to

significantly boost users worldwide.

Tripadvisor (Product Manager) Feb 2012–Feb 2014 ▪ Responsible for mobile application design, social network integration and account system design.

▪ Responsible for mobile application promotion in app store and other third party platforms.
▪ We developed a feature named infographic, which visualised interesting travel info to graphics. With the help

of social media it dramatically increased our daily new users.
▪ Worked closely with marketing teams on the promotional campaigns which doubled our daily collected

reviews in two months.
