How do I do it? Well, I read. I comb issues and events. I bring the gravitas of years as a full-time news journalist in Phoenix, Chicago and Indianapolis. I bring world travel and credentialed teaching, including to speakers of Mandarin and Spanish. I have two degrees in literature and related subjects.

Most of all, I have a healthy, curious interest in our world and all its people. I like hearing stories: including yours. And I believe those stories, writings, articles, even poems, deserve the best, most professional presentation possible.
