About Linda Butler:
I am a proactive and experienced Programme Manager, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects in high pressure situations. As a self-motivated individual I work to strict deadlines on multiple simultaneous projects, using my excellent communication skills at all levels within an organisation. My passion is seeing the difference that can be made by good planning, communication and adopting a positive attitude as well as delivering results in challenging timescales and budget constraints.
Experience
I have considerable experience in the role of a Programme Manager working on a complex multi-stakeholder programmes. In my current role i am responsible for a wide and diverse range of programmes and projects and contributed to a significant change and improvement within the organisation. The project examples that i have worked on include projects such as CRM redevelopment and rollout within the organisations and to the delivery partners; Rebranding; New website development; Going paperless by introducing e-signature software within business partnership organisations; Improving processes and procedures as well as reporting practices for the programmes; Moving all events and business support delivery online; Organisational restructuring to leadership and team structure within the company; Managed the team during redundancy process as well as managed planning and delivery of a few business support programmes.
