Responsibilities:

Working within the HR Business partner team, Enabling leaders through interpretation of HR policy and delivery of key HR processes, to maintain links with essential systems and agencies. Providing support to senior stakeholders, managers and specialists with more complex HR cases and provide a professional link to the central Case Management service, working together to achieve effective outcomes. Managing stakeholder expectations and gathering business intelligence to provide specialist advice or deploy the appropriate service from within the team. Further responsibilities include:

HR People Hub Manager, Prison Service – August 2015 to May 2021.

Responsibilities:

To manage activity associated with the People Hub and the administrative staff within and ensure relevant documentation is completed. Contribute towards the development of local policy, procedures and practice and ensure consistency of application. Manage devolved budget in accordance with the financial procedures, the achievement of Service Delivery Indicators (SDIs) and standards within the work area. Feedback on good practice examples, to promote awareness for better and more efficient ways of working. To analyse and act on data collected by the Hub and produce relevant reports to show findings. To act as first point of contact for relevant external stakeholders and requisitioner or approver. To oversee tasks such as:
