Experience

You are an experienced HR People Partner with a strong background in employee relations, performance management, organisational development and stakeholder support. You work closely with managers to navigate people challenges, improve team performance and strengthen the employee experience. Your experience spans wellbeing initiatives, policy development, talent management, and delivering people-focused projects that align HR strategy with business needs. You combine a practical, solutions-driven approach with strong communication and relationship-building skills, supporting leaders to create positive, inclusive and high-performing workplaces.

CIPD - Level 5
