Livio De Angelis

I am a violin graduate originally from Italy. I teach both violin and viola both in person and online. Happy to travel as well as tutoring from my place in London.

I have more than 10 years of experience both in teaching and in orchestral playing. I have successfully prepared students for their ABRSM exams, obtaining Merit and Distinction. I currently have students working on their Grade 2, Grade 5 and LRSM. My goals as a teacher are providing the best training for every student, choosing the right material for each and every one of them based on their level and age. I am always encouraging and celebrate every little success, having every student playing at the best of his/her abilities.

I mainly follow the ABRSM syllabus with the addition of technique books to have a strong and confident playing. I will provide for learning material through pdf files.

I am an active and regular orchestral player to this day and I'm always keeping my performance level to professional standards.
