About Louise Graham:
An approachable, flexible individual with an excellent past attendance record and good organisational and prioritising skills as demonstrated in my work in the education sector. At ease with coordinating groups of people and quickly adaptable to new working environments. I have vast experience of building and maintaining working relationships not only with colleagues and students but also with parents and outside agencies using a variety of means: face to face, email and telephone communications.
I am competent with IT including Microsoft Office packages: Word I have produced letters, newsletters, memos and large mail merges. In Excel: spreadsheets, graphs and reports from both inputting to extracting data. Microsoft Access for databases and I am also conversant with Powerpoint and SIMS (Schools Database). Working on a day-to day basis in close liaison with the school SEN department and children demonstrates my reliability, trust and conscientiousness.
Past employments have seen me working in Wages/Accounts and Finance and various Secretarial and Customer Service roles before I joined the education sector. Since retirement in 2019 I have continued to take on various short term roles. Therefore, I have been covering temporary contracts over the past two years but would like a permanent position.
