I am a motivated and dedicated individual, and I am passionate about pursuing excellence in my
education and career.Over the next five years, I aim to obtain distinctions in all my coursework, successfully complete college, and obtain a secure and valuable apprenticeship.

Experience

HS2 and Digital Innovators During my work experience with HS2 and Digital Innovators, I had the
opportunity to take on the role of Project Manager, leading a diverse team to develop and present
innovative ideas to HS2 employees. This experience allowed me to hone my leadership,
communication, and problem solving skills while working collaboratively with a group of talented
individuals.
• In addition to this, I was involved in various workshops, including a design thinking workshop with
Birmingham City Council, where I shared my expertise to help council colleagues navigate the
design thinking process.
• Furthermore, I attended STEAMhouse events in Birmingham City Centre, which provided valuable
opportunities to network with industry-leading companies, participate in masterclasses, and
further expand my knowledge in the field.
• Overall, my work experience with HS2 and Digital Innovators was both enriching and rewarding,
enabling me to grow both personally and professionally.

methods for producing ideas and utilizing empathy maps in digital children's services

• Participated in team building exercises and a mock interview with HS2 at their Snow Hill
headquarters
• Contributed to a project team addressing an industry challenge set by an employer, working to
deliver a tangible solution or business improvement with guidance from the employer and the
Digital Innovators team
