Duties included
 Setting up bespoke payment plans for those who have fallen in to debt with but not 
limited to: telecommunications, be it mobile phone or internet service providers, energy 
providers, credit cards, loans and catalogue accounts.
 Dealing with complex disputes relating to specific debts.
 Handling customer queries concerning their online accounts
 Appropriately dealing with any customer disputes arising from transactions.
 First point of call to take initial information concerning any suspected fraud, then to refer 
the matter on to the appropriate team
 Providing feedback to other team members concerning their performance statistics and 
taking team meetings in the absence of managers.
