Worked part-time at pub/restaurant and full-time at café as Waitress/Barista. Both included roles, such as; taking orders, serving food/drinks, communicating positively with customers and peers and ensuring customer satisfaction. I worked as part of a team and was able to receive directives to effectively fulfil the expectations of the restaurant managers. This included housekeeping to ensure hygiene standards were maintained. Good time management was essential, as was being a positive team player. I received favourable feedback about my performance in both roles.
