ePragati is a software platform proposed to be implemented by ePragati Authority, consisting of 72 projects spanning across all major departments and components of GoAP. ePragati Core Platform intends to deliver a proven and technological -foundation for digital transformation of G2C, G2B, G2G services, by enabling departments/organizations to streamline operations, deliver consistent service, and modernize operations without interruption.ePragati Core Platform enables line departments of GoAP to deploy highly automated applications without extensive configuration, which can precisely meet evolving policy needs and real time governance requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

• sUnderstanding Requirements Specification of all the processes
• Develop work flows using PRPC.
• Unit testing the processes.
• Implemented UI Part which match the Business Requirements.
• Worked on Decision rules, Declarative Rules.
• Worked on documentation and Developer Test Cases design as per the Business Requirements

CWC is the UK based first Telecom Company in the world. CWC provide services like cellular mobile services, Data (internet) and Digital TV services in 23 differeIslands all across the globe. The Billing for the customers are controlled by Customer Information System (CIS) IGATE support and develops this system and releases new versions for CWC.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Worked on new enhancement requirements 
• System Analysis, coding COBOL, JCL Components.
• Code Build, UTP and UTR Preparation.
• Performing the user acceptance and integration testing for the proposed changes.
• Under the ClearQuest; we handle all Minor Enhancements, generating Reports, Data Alteration request etc.
• Participated in daily on-site calls.

WellPoint is the 2nd largest health care company in the United States of America, WellPoint is an independent licensee of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association and serves its members as the Blue Cross of California and rest other with Blue Cross and Blue Shield licensee. One in nine of Americans receives converge for their medical care through the WellPoint affiliated plans.

Blue Cross for California Project is a Claims Processing System, the California state related claims will be acquired from other states of U.S.A through the ITS; Here ITS is the software; which is the communication layer between two states. This will ensure continued support for uninterrupted processing of claims.

Development:-

• Working on Client requirements to add new enhancements to the existing system.
• System Analysis, coding COBOL, JCL Components.

• Preparation of Document of understanding for complete Statement Flow.
• Monitoring the Daily Running Jobs in CONTROLM.
• Analysis and fixes for production incidents in CA-ITS application.
• Tracking and management of production tickets and SLA.
• Impact assessment, implementation planning and support for release activities.
• Production assurance abend resolution activities for System integration and User acceptance testing.
• Providing the solutions to team member problems.
