I am an enthusiastic, motivated 20 year old. I have been a sales assistant as Sports Direct since 2021, the company has helped me with confidence and learning new social skills. However, i am extremely passionate about sport and i would like to work in the sport industry. I have a diploma in Sport and i would like to put my knowledge to use. I have experience in coaching gymnastics from ages 4-8 and level 1 football/futsal in ages 12-15.

In my 4 and a half years at Sports Direct I honed my skills in customer service, sales techniques, and product knowledge. I consistently exceeded sales targets, provided expert advice to customers, and maintained a strong understanding what a customer needs. My experience includes managing transactions, handling customer inquiries, and contributing to a positive shopping environment.
 

My most recent achievement in education was my Level 3 BTEC Extended Diploma in Sport which i did at Leaf Studio Sixth form. My grades were D*DD and the course covered key areas such as

• fitness testing/training 
• Sports development 
• Anatomy and Physiology 

It provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the sports industry. I now know practical skills and theoretical knowledge which prepares me for further education or employment in the sports field.
