Organisational and time keeping skills were acquired when dealings with the customers, for example, memorizing orders and special requests as well as making sure all customers orders were given efficiently.
Having to work well under pressure; making sure all customers are attended too, keeping them happy with the service even if there may be delays with their order, organizing time and efficiency of each order so all customers are served within a reasonable time, handling waiting time complaints by keeping calm, apologise, explaining that the café has a lot of orders being made then reassuring them that their order will be with them soon.
Making coffees and cold drinks.
Teamwork and communication skills with colleagues; so the café can run smooth and efficiently also so we all enjoy working together and build a friendly comfortable relationship, this is important as it reflects on the customers making them also feel like their entering a warm and comfortable environment.
