Mahira Kamaly

I am a dedicated individual who has a joyful approach to life that is looking to seek a position that will enable me to demonstrate my skills and knowledge into the professional environment importantly, into a role where I can support a range of colleagues and customers.  I enjoy taking on responsibilities allowing me to be independent and focused.  Preferably I would like full time work as now my studies have to come to an end.

My professional experience consists of having 4 years of customer service experience that includes hospitality and retail.  Working in customer service, I have understood the importance of it as it is the key to improve my relationships with customers importantly, the business/company. Providing good customer service builds the trust and loyalty providing that consistent retainment of customers whilst building a valued reputation.
