I take a lot of pride in my work and enjoy when I can help others or resolve an issue. I am willing to learn new skills to help me in my future. I have recently graduated from New college Lanarkshire achieving my bachelor’s degree in musical theatre.
Experience
January 2016 – March 2022 Macfarlane’s Fish and Chicken Bar.
In this role I was a catering assistant as part of the floor team. My role included cash handling, phone orders, team working and serving food to customers. My daily tasks included setting up and cleaning at the end of the night as well ensuring each order is correct before the customer leaves the shop.

Responsibilities include being a sales assistant as part of the retail team. My role includes dealing with the general public welcoming customers and offering assistance, answering phone calls, dealing with customer returns and refunds, selling of furniture, working toward sales targets, rotation and replenishing stock on the shop floor, cleaning, maintaining and merchandising display.
September 2021- Present Grangemouth sports complex.
My duties consist of receptionist for the gym as part of the sports complex team. My role includes maintaining a record of all guests and members entering the gym as well as handling all incoming calls and answering the enquires made, assisting the instructors in maintaining the gym and resolving all customer complaints as best as I can. I am solely responsible for handling cash and reconciling at the end of the day.
June 2022 – Present Jet2.com and jet2 holidays
As a flight attendant for Jet2.com and jet2 holiday my responsibilities include, making sure customers are comfortable and responding to any requests, serving food, drinks and selling duty free items, cash handlin and reconciling at the end of the day,, safety and security, working toward sales targets, cleaning, working as part of a team, creating memories and dealing with a fast paced environment.
