Mainza Chobe
Retail
About Mainza Chobe:
As a single parent to a young child, I am looking for job opportunities that will give me a suitable work/life balance. I
have taken the time to explore different options in detail, and those I consider most suitable/flexible include: Retail,
Customer Service and Social Care. I am keen to focus on these sectors not only because of an availability of
flexible/part-time options; but also because these are work environments that I consider suitable to my current career
aspirations. In saying this however, I am also receptive to learn about other available options too, provided they do
not conflict with my current childcare responsibilities. In support of any application I make in the near future, I would
just like to say that I am ready to embrace new and unfamiliar challenges. An example of my personal motivation to
secure new employment is my current engagement with a local council-run service called Working4U. I have found
the workshops I have completed so far, very useful for developing my employability skills and knowledge of the
modern labour market. In summary, I am confident that I will be able to prove myself reliable and efficient to a range
of prospective new employers.
