I am a TEFL certified teacher dedicated to offering the best learning experience possible to my students, with my unique approach to teaching encompassing all aspects of the English language. From teaching students how to tackle complex grammatical structures to improving conversational English skills, I aim to teach in an enthusiastic, calm and kind manner using teaching methods that are both clear and concise. Whether it be that my students know quite a lot of English already or are encountering English for the very first time, I feel dedicated to enabling my students to reach their full potential by offering both a fun and insightful learning experience. 

I have always been extremely passionate about languages and really love to help people and have had the honor of teaching students from all around the world; all of which have come from different backgrounds, been of varied ages and some of whom have had specific requirements which I have adapted my teaching methods for in order to adhere to their requests. From teaching advanced adult learners to early years students, I have gained invaluable and transferable interpersonal skills and have received countless opportunities to use my well-informed knowledge of cultural differences to discover new ways of breaking down language barriers and allowing myself to connect with students on a personal level. 

Alongside my love for teaching, I love to travel and make music. From a very young age, I have had a sense of natural inquisitiveness to explore the world and have been very blessed with the opportunity to have visited and immersed myself in so many beautiful countries and their cultures. For as long as I can remember, I have written my own songs and brought them to life through audio and video recording, producing and editing. Additionally, I have performed as a dancer, singer and actress in many shows with multiple theater groups and have had the opportunity to become both highly disciplined and creative through working collaboratively in a synchronized swimming team. 

Opening up my heart to others and helping others in any way that I possibly can is something which I feel really strongly about. Lately, the situation in Ukraine has really touched my heart and I have been teaching English voluntarily to Ukrainians in order to not only teach them a knowledge of the English language but to also give them a distraction and an escape from the difficult circumstances which they are currently facing. I recognise the importance of showing compassion towards all people and find so much joy in constantly learning, gaining new experience and growing as an individual as I play my part in supporting others. 

It would truly be a privilege to apply my knowledge and skills to play a vital role in the education journey of many more students around the world.

Online English Teacher & Tutor 

January 2022 - Present 

I have experience in teaching students of all ages either via Zoom or online tutoring websites such as Preply. From one-to-one classes to large groups, I have taught English to young children as well as professionals such as engineers, pilots and entrepreneurs; all of whom need a specialized vocabulary for their work which I have provided and assisted them with. 

I have aided my students in achieving the following:

- IELTS General and Advanced Exams

In addition to teaching Business English and Exam Specific English, I have voluntarily been teaching Ukrainians English and have taught beginners classes to a large number of students. 

Due to the diverse nature of my work, I am capable of teaching both British and American English as I am neutral, educated and well-versed in both accents.

Achieved GCSE Qualifications in Art & Design, Combined Sciences, Drama & Theater Studies, English Language & Literature, Geography, Mathematics and Spanish. 

Achieved an additional LIBF Level 2 Certificate in Finance and hold a Distinction in English Spoken Language.
