I am an experienced classically trained Chef now recently retired and living in Devon. I’ve been involved in the Catering industry most of my working life, starting at Harrods London. In the following years, I have worked in a number of Restaurants, Gastro Pubs as well as being a live-in Private Chef. I also have experience of Event Catering, Catering Equipment / Meal Systems sales and Kitchen design.
