I am a confident and driven individual who is passionate about interpersonal communication. My background in Psychology has provided me with an understanding of empathy and human behaviour which has been a catalyst for my enthusiasm for customer service and communication skills. 

Having had previous experience in the retail sector, I have attained skills such as excellent customer service, confident problem-solving and the importance of team collaboration. My past roles have included the necessary ability to multitask, support promotional activities to help the store achieve its sales targets and work collaboratively. 

 I am eager to learn about the world of HR where I can use my Certificate of Higher Education in Bsc Psychology to expand on my interest in human behaviour and workplace dynamics. I am working towards my Level 5 CIPD qualification in People Management showing my commitment and motivation in learning and developing new skills in the field.
