I am a seasoned legal professional with over 3 years of experience in litigation and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) in India. Throughout my career, I have successfully navigated the complexities of the legal system while consistently achieving favorable outcomes for clients. Recently, I have embarked on a new academic journey to pursue a Master's degree in Comparative and International Dispute Resolution at Queen Mary University of London.

My expertise in litigation and ADR is complemented by a keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills, which have enabled me to excel in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment. Furthermore, my exceptional communication skills have allowed me to effectively convey complex legal concepts to both clients and colleagues, fostering productive and collaborative relationships. I am a driven and dedicated professional with a passion for delivering results and exceeding expectations.

As a litigator and mediator, I have managed my own legal practice for over two years, providing clients with expert legal advice and representation in a range of civil and criminal matters. I have conducted legal research, drafted legal documents, and represented clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms such as mediation and arbitration. In addition, I have built and maintained relationships with clients, other attorneys, and legal professionals, while supervising support staff to ensure smooth and efficient case management.

My experience also includes working as an Associate Advocate at Indian Law Chambers, Advocates and Solicitors, where I gained valuable experience working on a wide range of civil and criminal cases, including commercial disputes, labor and employment issues, intellectual property conflicts, banking and finance matters, real estate disputes, criminal trials and appeals, and consumer complaints. In addition to appearing in court, I provided legal advice, negotiated settlements, and represented clients in alternative dispute resolution mechanisms such as mediation and arbitration.

I have a good understanding of computer, technology, and artificial intelligence, and I possess good research and analytical skills, making me a quick learner.
 

I have just completed my master degree in Comparative and International Dispute Resolution from the Queen Mary University Of London and awaiting for the final results.
