As a parking expert I prioritise strategic objectives for parking provision in line with the members ad SLT's financial, business strategy, and corporate social responsibility requirements. ( This included Parking Strategy). I give my reports and on assessing options, identify market, competitor, stakeholder, and business risks, and balance them with desired outcomes. One example paper, which has been delivered successfully is going completely Cashless, and I can discuss this further at interview with results and achievements. I explore partnerships and affiliations for achieving the strategy. - here working closely with property, business re generation and local business teams, amongst others to try to come to an agreement about a strategy with specific objectives, clear actions, and milestones. Prioritize key performance measures and methods for monitoring and evaluating the strategy, determining if outsourcing is cost efficient, and bearing in mind the members sensitivities. I've given papers/ presentations to SLT. members and other groups on various areas of parking, such as restructures. Determine the actions and resources required to accomplish the plan, as well as a timetable for implementation. Remember that without suitable qualified personnel, success may be limited if no succession and contingency plan is in place.
