About Mara Blackburn:

I have been in the yoga and fitness profession for over 25 years.

My background is in Ayurvedic massage, yoga, surfing, swimming and dance. I specialise in gentle somatic yoga, meditation and SUP yoga.

I am a facilitator of yoga retreats and have been lucky enough to have worked in Italy, Spain and Australia.

I teach local weekly classes and 1 to 1’s in gentle somatic yoga.

I love to create new therapeutic sessions, Intergrating somatics, yoga , guided meditation and sound healing into my workshops and classes.

I enjoy my life/work balance and always keep the sessions fun, uplifting and nurturing.

I have a daft sense of humour that gets me through the tedious times in life.

I love the ocean and nature and enjoy an outdoor active lifestyle.

I am a yoga and somatics teacher and a Ayurvedic massage therapist and hypnotherapist. 


 I am a health coach specialising in Ayurvedic detox courrses. 
I facilitate weekend wellbeing retreats

I have 25 years experience teaching yoga

Education

I am a holistic wellbeing coach, I have been teaching yoga for 25 years and have been in the health and wellbeing sector for 20 years.

I specialise in gentle somatic yoga, meditation, yoga and Soundbath healing, and detox course leader

I have level one and two Somatic Education Certificates 

I am an Ayurvedic massage therapist with a Tri  Dosha Ltd.

I have recently gained certificates , furthering the CPD as a hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner and integral sound healing leader.
