As a Pastry Chef and Head Pastry Chef for various high-end companies, I honed my ability to manage complex projects and lead teams to deliver high-quality results for events of all sizes.

I developed new recipes, created menus, trained staff, and maintained attention to detail in the execution of all aspects of pastry production.

These skills translate well into any industry, where attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects are crucial. I am excited to bring my skills to a new industry and continue to learn and grow.
