Humanistic & Integrative Counsellor & Psychotherapist (MBACP)
BSc (Hons) Counselling & Psychotherapy – First Class, Staffordshire University
I’m passionate about relational healing and personal growth. I offer a confidential, reflective space where clients can pause, gain perspective, and reconnect with their sense of purpose and wellbeing.
My approach is relational and grounded in Humanistic and attachment-informed theory, integrating emotional depth with psychological insight. I work collaboratively with clients to explore relational patterns, emotional experiences and the impact of stress, anxiety and life responsibilities on personal fulfilment and authenticity.
Experience
I am a Humanistic and Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist (MBACP) with a First-Class BSc (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Staffordshire University.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade working as an Executive Assistant in corporate environments, supporting senior leaders in cross-cultural settings. This background gives me a deep understanding of the demands, pressures, and complexities of life and informs my grounded, discreet, and attuned therapeutic presence.
I am deeply committed to relational healing, personal growth and supporting my clients to navigate change with clarity and authenticity. I am also a Mental Health First Aider, committed to fostering emotional wellbeing and resilience in both personal and professional settings.
