As an operations manager, I assisted with the day to day running of the office and business, ensuring efficency, managing teams, introduction of new software, client relationships, optimising processes for maximum productivity. I have strong organisational and leadership skills. 

In my time as an Insurance Account Executive, and working within the industry, involved building and maintaining relationships with clients and underwriters  managing accounts, provided tailored solutions and meeting targets

Owning and running my own business also gave me a broad set of skills and responsibilities. Leadership, descision making, client relationship management, supplier relationships, project management, problem solving, adaptability, and finance acumen.

Educated to A Level. Previously Cert CII and book keeping level 2 AAT. Xero Certified.
