Maria Kyriacou

I am an experienced property and facilities management professional with over 15 years’ experience in the industry. My career spans a range of senior roles including Regional Facilities Manager, Dual Site Manager, Operations Manager, and Shopping Centre Manager.

I have worked with some of the UK’s most reputable managing agents, including Capital & Regional, Workman, ISS Facilities Services, Ashdown Phillips, and I am currently employed by Savills. Throughout my career, I have been responsible for managing complex, multi-disciplinary sites, overseeing service charge budgets ranging from £600,000 to £3.5 million, and leading on-site teams of up to 80 staff.

I am genuinely passionate about facilities management and take great pride in creating and maintaining safe, clean, and well-run environments for occupiers, visitors, and stakeholders. I am highly confident, personable, and thrive on building strong working relationships. I enjoy liaising with a wide range of people, ensuring clear communication, and making others feel informed, supported, and valued.

I am currently employed by Savills as a Shopping Centre Manager, a position I have held for the past four years.

Educated to school and college level. Successfully completed the IOSH Managing Safely qualification.
