I have worked across the hospitality sector for over 15 years alongside teaching/training for over 18 years and management for over 4 years.. My most recent job was as a Café/Event Manager at Holburne Museum. I am highly skilled in customer service and understand the intricacies of overseeing a storefront's day-to-day operations. I'm familiar with creating and maintaining employee schedules, updating inventory, and implementing promotional deals. These tasks require me to be organized and possess strong time management and interpersonal communication skills to ensure that employees and customers have the resources and information they require. 

I have a wealth of experience when it comes to providing first-class service and resolving any queries or issues that might arise with customers, as well as building and developing training plans, leadership and monitoring teams' progress. I was part of a TUPE and business reorganization projects. 

I also have a consistent track record for meeting targets. During my time at Pizza Express, Benugo, and Graysons I dealt with all initial customer communications by phone, mail and face-to-face. My priority was always the client and well-trained staff members. 

I have completed various Health & Safety and Food Safety courses and successfully used and shared my knowledge to improve service standards and work safety. 

I worked as a History Teacher and English Language Teacher and Class Teacher. Over the course of my professional work I have been broadening my knowledge and skills by improving my qualifications and attending various types of professional development courses. I also acquired computer and information technology skills in my work and make use of the Internet to find information in the field 

of education.

I do hold Black Sash of Chinese Shaolin Boxing – Kung Fu,. My knowledge of martial arts can be beneficial at promoting sport, self defense  and healthy well-being, both physically and mentally.

I am a self-tough artist, specializing in sketching, watercolors and pastels. My art topics are portrait, objects, history and fantasy.

Above all, I love working with people. I’m friendly, sales sales-driven and enjoy developing great rapport with everyone I interact with.
