An Army Ex Serviceman with experience in customer service, management and high-pressured roles, whilst delivering a high standard quality of work to meet deadlines. Work Experience      

British Army 

1st Battalion Irish Guard                                                                                                     

 Feb 2020-July 2024

As an Irish Guardsman I delivered and trained soldiers in the UK and abroad using a mixture of theory and practical work to enhance their skillset and their abilities. As part of the Guards Division, I also had a ceremonial role as protector of the Royal Palaces. 

• Participating in military training exercises in both the UK and overseas. 
• Training Ukrainians in Operation Interflex by demonstrating examples of important and useful skills.
• Training and assisting Burundian forces for future operations in Somalia by providing them with valuable skills and drills.
• Training with American forces in Louisiana. 
• Monitoring surveillance equipment whilst on patrol and guard duty.
• Mentoring soldiers in Nigeria by delivering and presenting lessons to their NCO’s and Senior’s in command.
• Patrolling and protecting farms overseas, doing manual labour and helping the community by carrying out tasks on the farms.
• Providing protection to the Mount Pleasant Complex doing day and night shifts as part of a Quick Reaction Force, followed by a two week exercise in the Falklands wilderness.
• The escorting company in Trooping the Colour for the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee in June 2022. 
• Participated in the coronation of King Charles III in May 2023.

Carrying out a vast amount of job roles whilst working for an agency including but not limited to; Bar Work, Stewarding, Managing Food Stalls alongside Cleaning Tasks. These functions were held at multiple venues such as Excel London, The 02, Wembley Arena and The Hilton. 

• Provide catering support such as preparing the dining area for service, moving and setting up furniture, serving food and cleaning up after the function. 
• As a Bartender I verified age requirements, processed payments, provided good customer service and managed the inventory and cleaning bar supplies.      
• Ensuring food items are of good quality and safe before consumer consumption whilst supervising the selection, presentation and preservation of the food.
