the world of spirit is intertwined with the material world but we have a large imbalance that is causing much suffering may feel imbalanced and overwhelmed and have no clue as to why., so I wish to support and guild them to find answers and a new route to maneuver through our ever-changing world, that for some are feeling it like George Orwell's boot of 1984, I wish to guild them to remove that sensation, this among many other services are offered.

In my early days of coaching, I worked more on just a foundation of nutrition and diet, I have now expanded to many other areas.
I feel this better serves the individuals soul.
