Martin Gledhill

I am a hard working, self-motivated creative professional, with over 25 years in the creative industry. During that time I have created print design, P.O.S. web design, social media, advertising (both digital and print). I am a team player performing exceptionally well within a group but just as motivated to work under my own guidance. I am confident and used to managing people, both from a creative direction and workload perspective to personal progression and development. As well as guiding designers though creative thinking and conceptual ideas. I have the knowledge, skills and experience to support both simple and complex design projects. I welcome feedback and relish stakeholder direction, vision and knowledge. I believe I think both creatively and strategically to produce innovative concepts. Developing interactive designs in ways that sometimes challenge peoples ideas of ‘the norm’.

Creative Manager

This role has seen me, over the past 18 months, manage a team of Designers/Art Directors and Copywriters. Responsible for overseeing the creative direction, photographic/video execution and strategic planning for the Heritage brands at N Brown. Supporting the team with their workloads and tasks, whilst having the responsibility of strategic creative direction for these brands. Team management activity including performance management, objective planning, annual reviews, feedback, and development & coaching. This plays a valuable part of my role, where I can help others reach their creative and personal potential.
