Experience

I have experience working as an IT desk support, therefore I am familiar with the demands of a daily job in a customer-facing workplace. I am well aware of dealing and handling customer queries by using ticketing system and I liked working at the IT Front Desk, where I answer questions on staff and student personal devices, such as software updates and maintenance. Due to my experience working with staff, students, visitors, and managers, I am an effective communicator. As a IT assistant, I had the opportunity to use my capacity for learning and growth as well as my analytical thinking skills. I also helped the team and the organisation flourish. I've proven that I can be inspiring and realistic while still being good at working in a team and coming up with creative solutions to problems. I enjoy thinking up new concepts. My personality fits with the essential values associated to the IT support assistant professionj am a graduate student at London Metropolitan University and have done computer networks and cyber security. To provide myself a solid academic foundation in the field, I completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science programme. I played a variety of jobs in several organisations in my native country to put what I had learned into practise, and I did so especially at my current position at Invirtigo and previously with LMU as an IT desk supporter. I have experience working with a variety of online technologies, databases and object-oriented programming languages. I've worked in a multicultural environment where I've learned how to cherish customers. I work in a multicultural environment where I gain valuable experience in customer service and front-line teamwork.

I can prioritise my job and perform well under pressure. . I can also answer the phone and make sure that questions are answered promptly. I am also knowledgeable with the safety and health standards in healthcare facilities. In order to foster efficient cooperation, it's crucial to keep good working relationships with every employee. I'll make sure that everyone connected to the Trust is treated with respect and courtesy, which will enable me to deliver exceptional customer service. I am able to work shifts, travel easily, and relocate if necessary. After moving from Pakistan, it is crucial for me to choose a career, and after working recently at Invirtigo Ltd and London Metropolitan University, this is something that has captured my attention. I'm good at multitasking, eager to learn more about IT-related employment, and considering pursuing a career in this area. I'm open to learning new things and adjusting to different situations. I therefore anticipate continuing my personal and professional development in this area, and I view this as the ideal opportunity to advance further in my career.
