Dear sir/ma.
I am an enthusiastic, hard-working nurse. Have got educational and professional experience. Am very passionate about providing quality healthcare service to patients that is deeply rooted in compassion. I am a Registered General Nurse with 9years working experience and also have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. I have good knowledge of infection control, iv cannulation/venipuncture, drug administration, wound care/pain management, and NG tube feeding, including the use of sophisticated medical equipment,  AED, Infusion pump, oxygen cylinder, EMR, glucometer, etc. I have experience working in several bedded wards in different departments like medical and surgical wards and accident & emergency units, including the psychiatry ward, and outpatient. I also have home care experiences.

I am popularly known as a patient advocate. I am a compassionate person who believes nobody deserves to go through life alone. I also believe everyone should receive the same care irrespective of who they are. I use the principles of veracity, justice, and confidentiality to guide my actions. One of the things that set me apart from others is that my work is always focused on putting people/patients first, and the care is individualized. I use the holistic concept of care, as I believe in the body-mind interaction. I am a team player who can as well manage wards/patient independently. I am very flexible, with a positive can do attitude towards life, and I am always ready to help as needed for example covering extra shifts in times of urgency. 
I am seeking long-term employment in your organisation as you have a proud history of achievement and the support you give to nurses is incredible. I want to share your goals, vision, and values and work alongside other resourceful professionals striving toward achieving the same goals.

I am extremely empathetic and sometimes I wonder if this is a strength/weakness. An example of how I demonstrated this was when I stayed with a woman in labor throughout the whole process, even when my work period was over, as she was in a lot of pain. She just needed someone to go through that phase with her, hold her hand, encourage her, and shared her burden. Nobody was there or ready to do that except me because I really couldn't bear to leave. I stayed till the end and made a difference in her care. She said to me; ' You are the kindest creature I have ever met in my entire life '. That was an experience I'm not ready to forget.

I have started the NMC UK registration process, and I have passed the NMC test of competence CBT, and also verified by the UK Visas and Nationality Service. I am waiting to write my OSCE and will be glad if I can have this opportunity to be trained in your trust.
