Most recently I have designed and implemented custom lesson plans, accommodating varying
learning styles and speeds, evaluating student progress regularly and providing constructive feedback. Before the pandemic I worked in city centre restaurants where I led diverse culinary teams, displaying strong leadership and team management skills transferable to eLearning development projects. I also designed innovative menus and recipes, exhibiting creativity and attention to detail, managed administrative tasks, including stock management, purchase orders and ensured adherence to hygiene policies and cleanliness. Finally, I spent some time working in a library in the summer holidays while at college, responsible for visitor engagement, cataloguing and organising user reservations. 

While working in hospitality I studied multiple TEFL program certififcates in order to change career. At this time I studied the standard 120 hours certificate in teaching methodology. I then chose to specialise in online tutoring and completed a third certificate in business English. 

Before that, I studied BA (hons) Photography at Manchester Metropolitan University.Throughout this period, I had the invaluable opportunity to immerse myself in a discipline that not only refined my artistic sensibilities but also instilled in me the significance of critical thinking and creative problem-solving.
