Experience

Project Manager with over 35 years’ experience in managing and leading complex projects across the military and IT industry.  Currently employed as a Cognizant consultant with VMO2, primarily involved in the migration of the Smart Metering Programme from an ‘on-premise’ to Cloud solution.

Experienced in the full IT project lifecycle from ideate, development, build, test, deployment, and closure. Ensuring project governance through delivery gates and effective management of IT budgets.  Flexible and responsive to change and comfortable with a high level of accountability and decision-making responsibility. Possessing an innate understanding of customer and stakeholder requirements thereby ensuring that key deliverables are delivered on time and within budget.

  • FDM Advanced Course (2022)
  • PRINCE2 – Foundation and Practitioner
  • Professional Scrum Master
  • ITIL 4
  • Ministry of Defence Communicator qualified.
  • Ministry of Defence Information Operations qualified.
  • Organisation Safety Advisor trained.
  • IOSH Managing Safely trained.
