I am a 21-year-old who hold huge passionate in business and in marketing. The development of business within varying different economic conditions within said businesses is an area that holds significant interest for me. Currently, I am coming to the end of studying Business Management Bsc at Lancaster University, one of the UK's top 10 institutions, where I blend my academic knowledge with my innate ability to drive results.

I am a highly motivated and hard-working individual who excels in fast-paced environments. My commitment to success and adaptability to new challenges set me apart from others.

I have a great ability to build rapport with others, which has helped me develop strong leadership and teamwork qualities. Experience

As a passionate 21-year-old business and marketing strategist, I have gained diverse professional experience across several industries. During my time as the co-founder and director of Social Realm, a social media marketing agency, I managed client relationships, developed marketing strategies, and implemented social media campaigns. This role provided me with valuable business and marketing skills, as well as experience in teamwork and financial management.

At CarFinance 247, I served as a Business Advisor, where I guided customers through their car-buying journey by assessing their financial needs and providing risk management advice. I built strong relationships with customers and dealerships, which allowed me to establish trust and instil confidence.

In my role as a Call Agent at HGS, I was responsible for scheduling Covid-19 vaccination appointments for the NHS and UK citizens. I demonstrated strong listening and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to handle objections and overcome obstacles.

As a Hotel Receptionist at Premier Inn, I managed the front desk, responded to inquiries, and carried out health and safety tasks during the night shift. My excellent communication skills and attention to detail allowed me to excel in this role.

I also have experience in the hospitality industry, working as a Waiter at Beefeater Farmhouse and a Team Member at KFC. In these roles, I developed strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.

Education

I am currently completing my Bachelor's Degree in Business Management at Lancaster University, one of the UK's top 10 institutions. This programme has provided me with a solid foundation in business principles and has allowed me to blend my academic knowledge with my innate ability to drive results. Additionally, I have completed a BTEC Level 3 in Business at Cheshire College South & West, which further enhanced my understanding of business concepts and practices.
