About Matthew Lynn:
I have over twenty two years experience of maintaining avionic/electrical/weapons systems fitted to BAe Hawk T1A aircraft belonging to the Royal Air Force. This also involves coordinating and assisting with other trades to ensure that maintenance tasks are completed in the correct sequence and in a timely and safe manner so that programmed out date requirements are met.
Experience
Currently employed at RAF Leeming maintaining Hawk T1A aircraft since 1999. I also worked for a period at supervisor level on Hawk aircraft in countries around the Persian Gulf. Prior to that I worked in MOD and industry workshop repair organisations. Repairing to component level systems such as Doppler radar, HF/VHF/UHF communications, Chaff and flare equipment and some experience of testing electronic warfare jamming equipment.
Education
Maintenance of regulatory training requirements including Human Factors, Manual Handling/ Working at heights and Wiring Husbandry etc.
