Skilled in working within small, agile teams where task ownership and autonomy are essential, consistently minimising the need to escalate issues to specialist technicians.

Proficient in the maintenance and support of a wide range of IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, printers, servers, and networking equipment. Experienced in patching network and fibre cables, and adept at wiring and setting up SAN and NAS storage solutions to ensure high availability and performance.
